Xprt’s Zoom Cart is a mobile communications hub with an iPad to Run the Zoom Rooms app, controlling a complete, dual-screen, Zoom conferencing experience.
A neatly assembled unit, the cart features many on-board systems, including a network switch, digital signal processor, 4 wireless microphones with charging station, a PTZ camera, a sound bar, a Mac Mini running Zoom, and a removabe iPad with an iPort induction charging system.
The top-mounted Aver PTZ camera can be controlled either locally or by remote participants to ensure they see what they need to.
Neatly nested wiring and components adorn the rear of the cart, including spots to coil and tether the power and ethernet cables that connect to a wall when the cart is in use.
Ready to begin a Zoom meeting, the cart’s dual 55” NEC commercial grade TVs are brightly lit, and the iPad beneath inviting the user to begin.
A set of 2 handheld, and 2 tabletop Shure automatic wireless microphones make ideal audio pickup a breeze. The mics charge and stow in a cradle on the rear, turning on and off and connecting automatically.
A power bar at the lower rear of the cart offers a single switch to turn the cart on and off as desired, with full start-up scripting setup on all devices so everything on board powers-up and boots software when it receives power.
With cabling neatly hidden within the Heckler Designs AV cart’s large central enclosure, this mobile facility is a neat, self contained unit.
